ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms apply to the wedding celebrant and ceremony writing services provided by Forever Moments, the business of Fiona Elizabeth Marsh. Full terms are confirmed in writing at the point of booking, and those written terms take precedence.

OUR SERVICES

Forever Moments provides pre-ceremony consultation (either in person, by phone, or via video call), bespoke wedding ceremony writing and officiating services, ceremony script writing and guidance for couples using another officiant, and the writing of personal vows. 

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT

50% of the total fee is due as a non-refundable deposit upon receipt by Forever Moments of the signed agreement. Dates are only held once a booking is confirmed and deposit paid. Written confirmation of the booking will be sent to the client upon receipt of the deposit.

PAYMENT

The outstanding balance will be invoiced six weeks prior to the date of the ceremony and is payable within two weeks. Failure to pay the invoice by the due date may result in the cancellation of the services. 

TRAVEL AND EXPENSES

Travel, and accommodation where required, are additional to the ceremony fee and are agreed in advance for each wedding, as set out in the brochure and your individual agreement.

CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION

Should the date of the ceremony be cancelled at any time, Forever Moments will retain the deposit.

In the event that Forever Moments is unable to officiate the ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or personal emergency, a replacement celebrant will be sort at no additional cost. If no replacement can be provided Forever Moments will refund all payments in full.

Any changes to the date, time or location of the ceremony must be submitted in writing to Forever Moments no later than eight weeks prior to the scheduled event. Forever Moments will make every reasonable effort to accommodate any changes, subject to availability.

YOUR PART

To help us create the best possible ceremony, we ask couples to take part fully in the process, to provide the information we request within agreed timeframes, and to keep us informed of any changes to the date, venue or plans for the day.

YOUR CEREMONY SCRIPT

Each ceremony script is written uniquely for you. You are welcome to keep a printed copy of your ceremony. The script remains the intellectual property of Forever Moments and is not used for any other couple.

LIABILITY

Forever Moments will always act with professionalism and care. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
